The efforts of those preserving this knowledge for future generations will also be discussed.

Its nice to hear that this occurred. Could you please provide notes or powerpoint presentation slides for those who do not live in Fairbanks, but are very interested in this topic. I am researching indigeonous forms for SE Alaska Climate, that may have been similar to Kodiak.
